Using magnification and microscopic exams, we remove only what’s compromised and bond restorations that mimic the structure and flexibility of natural enamel and dentin. The result tends to mean fewer crowns, less drilling, and longer-lasting teeth.

Metal-Free Materials, Chosen With the Body in Mind
The materials matter as much as the technique. We use BPA-free composite and fiber-reinforced resin, along with porcelain and zirconia onlays and inlays, biocompatible options selected to bond well and behave like the tooth around them.
No metal. No mercury. And for deep cavities near the gum line, a technique called deep marginal elevation lets us restore the tooth predictably while preserving more of it.
Every material is a decision, and we make each one deliberately.
Sometimes the Best Restoration Is the One You Avoid
When a cavity is caught early, the answer isn’t always a filling. Remineralization trays can support enamel in the earliest stages of decay, giving the tooth a chance to strengthen before anything is drilled.
This is conservative dentistry in practice: the least intervention that genuinely resolves the problem. We’d rather protect a tooth than restore it, and restore it than replace it.
