Replacing a Tooth Is Also a Biological Decision.
Whether it’s a single tooth or a full arch, how you replace it matters as much as that you replace it. Implant care here is planned around your bone, your tissue, and your long-term health, not just the gap in your smile.
Start With the Bone, Not the Gap
Missing teeth change more than appearance. They change how you chew, how the bone holds its shape, and how the rest of your bite carries the load over the years that follow.
So before anything is placed, we look at what’s actually there. Every case begins with 3D imaging that shows the bone in three dimensions. Its height, its width, its quality, because that’s what determines which options are genuinely available to you.
From there the path splits in two: a single tooth, or a full arch. The philosophy behind both is the same.
Ceramic Implants, With No Metal at All
When one tooth or a few teeth need replacing, zirconia implants offer a fully metal-free option. They’re biocompatible, they don’t conduct temperature or electricity the way metal can, and the tissue tends to respond well to them.
For patients with metal sensitivities, autoimmune conditions, or simply a preference to keep metal out of the body, this is often the deciding factor. Dr. Mersedeh handles the full process in-house, extraction if needed, bone support, placement, and the final restoration.

All-on-X, When Most or All Teeth Are Gone
For patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, All-on-X replaces a complete arch on just a few precisely placed implants, fixed, not removable, and a genuine alternative to dentures that move.
One honest distinction worth making: All-on-X requires titanium implants. Zirconia can’t be used for the implants themselves in a full-arch case. What can be zirconia is the bridge on top, the teeth you actually see, which gives a strong, natural-looking result.
We’d rather tell you that plainly than let the word “metal-free” do work it hasn’t earned.

Not sure which path is right for you? Let’s look at it together, honestly.

“They did an amazing job fixing my tooth, a complicated procedure my other dentist couldn’t do. I’m very impressed. Gina, Veronica, and Dr. Rajinia performed superb work. I’ve been to many dental offices and this is the best one by far.”
